About Us
In 2018, we had great jobs, making good incomes, but working a ton without an end in sight. It was at that point we decided we needed to take control of our futures by educating ourselves financially and investing to buy back our time. Of all the ways to invest, Real Estate made sense to us. We were renters, we paid on time every month for a nice place to live and figured people will always need a place to call home, renters included.
Since that time, we purchased and renovated 8 out-of-state apartment units with some partners and flipped 2 single-family homes. Below you can check out some photos of the homes we’ve purchased.
A few years ago, we were fortunate enough to buy and renovate (DIY) our own apartment in San Diego. We love that apartment but are ready for something that can grow with our family over time.
